Andre Rainey, a.k.a. N00dleN00dle the Innocent Child, was born in Peekskill, New York 1983. With only 25 years under his belt, the talented m.c. has set many trends, left many marks, and is making himself a huge impact to hip hop, and the music world itself. Sense the early age of two, N00dle’s traveled from New York, to Germany, to Vegas, etc. Influenced by his mother and step father ears’ for music, N00dle grew interest in music of all genres. At age 11, he was blessed with his first musical instrument; the Realistic Keyboard! From that, it was the Karaoke and a Mic, to the Gemini Turn Tables.
Writing actual songs and lyrics was inspired by his Uncle Troy, ‘Tricky T’, as well as your favorite Motown hits and Hip Hop artist. From starting in such a small city in Westchester New York, N00dle has a lot to show, provide for, and prove to the music industry, and the world. It’s a N00 Day.
From age of 12, ‘til the present, N00dle’s overcame many obstacles of life and in the music business. Hungry, determined, destined, he’s still pursuing his dream and career consistently! In 8th grade he made his first performance at the 8th Grade Dinner Dance in his home town @ Peekskill Middle School. He was a special guest at his high school for Black History Month in February 2006. He’s performed at the Paramount Theatre in Peekskill, Apollo Theatre on Tour, Magic Johnson Theatre, countless clubs in New York, Las Vegas, Venice Beach, California, and has even opened up for artist such as Joe Budden, KRS One to Immortal Technique. He’s done numerous collaborations with Independent artists, signed artists, unsigned artists, to underground artists, producers and groups.
2008, he finally focused on a project that he collaborated on with his brother Feature (John Hendrix) entitled ‘Escape Route; Change Gonna Come’. The first mix tape the artist ever put out to the streets! This mix tape left listeners, D.J.’s, hip hop fans, the streets, and whoever has heard the mix tape, in awe! Amazing album, which the streets vouch to label the mix tape, a certified Classic! Real, raw lyrics, outstanding concepts and great production made this one of hip hop’s best mix tapes ever.
N00dle’s style and flow stands out from any artists you’ve heard before. The emotion in the voice and delivery, the ability to change the tempo of the flow, as well as the tone of his voice to blend with any track, mixed with genuine lyrics, no gimmicks, makes him a great individual, a great mc. With a stage presence that nearly draws anyone around to him, he’s still destined for greatness and proceeds to succeed.
2009, while constantly performing, and staying busy, thanks to many helpful promoters, D.J.’s, managers, artists, etc., N00dle’s been able to see the underground hip hop world, as well as practice and perfect his craft. N00dle’s is now working on his first solo project, entitled, It’s a N00 Day! A new and improved N00dle, style and skill, presentation, delivery, concepts, inspiration and all that you would look for on an album, have been recorded for this project. Looking to drop It’s a N00 Day in late summer 2009, N00dle’s ready to introduce himself to the music industry with a taste of powerful, long lasting music. 2008 A Change Came, 2009, It’s a N00 Day… Hoping and believing, this project may have a powerful impact for the hip hop scene. N00dle knows, it definitely is a N00 day!
