The No Other Radio Network airs every Tuesday night at Midnight on KPFA 94.1 FM in Berkeley, California (online at kpfa.org). For 26 years It has been a bastion of expression for a long line of new and otherwise unaired Industrial, Experimental, Concreté and Ambient Music. Originally hosted by John Gullak for many years, the reins were eventually turned over to longtime Experimental / Industrial D.J. Mr. Hate who has faithfully guided listeners through heretofore unheard masterworks faithfully week in and week out for eleven years now while graciously offering up shows to certain special guest DJs on regular occasions besides hosting local and independent artists for interviews as well as in-studio live performances whenever the opportunity presents itself. His semi-regular co-host Doktor Sleepless A.K.A. Ure Thrall occasionally saunters into the program to play a passell full of stuff culled from alternate universes that only He can access as well as Barrett and Pink Noise from the Katabatik realm and Rob Wortman. Past hosts include Randy H.Yau, Scot Jenerik (F-Space), and Elden M. (Allegory Chapel LTD.) amongst others. Archives dating back to 2003 can be accessed at kpfa.org>archives>no other radio network. We will also give regular previews of what is coming up on next weeks show in the UPCOMING SHOWS Section.
