Hello!
We are a female pop duo from Cornwall who go by the name of No Premonition – welcome to our myspace page!
We started singing together after meeting in secondary school all those many
years ago. We’ve (thankfully) grown a bit since those days of year 8, and so has our passion for singing, writing songs and gigging. Our inspiration comes from a huge range of artists; we love a bit of soul from the legend that is Stevie Wonder or James Morrison but are equally drawn to the playful darker sounds of Skunk Anansie and Muse. We have been lucky enough to have had some amazing gigs- supporting Westlife a couple of years ago was definitely a highlight; as was our supporting slot for Lucie Silvas during ‘Falmouth Week’.In the past, we’ve been involved in a couple of bands, but singing together is what makes us the happiest.
A few years back, we met songwriter/producer extrordinaire Gary Williams and began working together as a pretty good team! We are currently writing tracks with Gary and a few are available to listen to on this page. Our promo pics are by Benjamin Madgwick.
