The band mainly plays classic rock cover songs and without being stereotyped a "southern rock band" it usually comes off kind of southern cause face it we are from around here. We like to play rock music you've probably heard before to bring something familiar to your ear, but we do have original songs and frequently perform them at our shows to give you something new and to express our artsy creative side. We have performed at a number of venues in Columbia and the surrounding areas including: Jillian's, Darrell's Place, Carolina Ale House, Hemingways', Ray's Place, Timmy Mac's, Lee's Tavern, The Doghouse, Boondocks, Rusty Anchor, Spinners and many others. So stop on by and give us a try and you tell us what it sounds like.
This variety band, lead by vocalist and guitarist William Bailey, is one which is not confined by genre or regional classification. No Prior Notice is one of the most versatile groups among todays local music scene and is sure to come up with something for each and every music lover. The thick vocal stylings of William Bailey are set on a bass guitar foundation provided by Eddie Hunt. With a strong beat percusionized by drummer Lisa Brinllinger, its bound to make you want to get up and move something. Just when you think you had it all figured out, at some shows a fourth dimension is added to the band with alternate bassist Jim Morrison.
