Brian worships Angus Young, Randy Rhoads, Brian May, Rick Nielson, Elliot Easton and Eddie VanHalen.

The three of us joined up after a lot of changes between guitar players and singers. We finally decided on Jared Schuster on bass and lead vocals, Skyler Leftridge on drums and backup vocals and Brian Altizer on guitar and backup vocals. We write our music by ourselves with a little help from Mark Leftridge. Skyler and Jared write the lyrics and the three of us write the music or sometimes one of us will write a song by ourselves and bring it in and make some changes and bang, bam whazam you got a Krates original.
