    Cool man. Good luck. Talk to a lawyer and look up background information for judges to see which one is more lenient with Child custody cases for men. Small things like where you live can affect a decision. For example, if your ex lives in the ghetto, and you live in good school district, you can make a case that your son would be better off living with you going to a good school instead of going to a ghetto school. You know, small things like that. You just have to think it through and get some help. Also, it's a bitch, but look up past cases and see the conclusions. You may be able to get ideas.
