Many roads have been travelled upon throughout the course of No Regrets history. One might say that being outsiders to a dilapidated genre is being fool hearty at best. To the six members of No Regrets, no other options exist. It is by being outside the box known as ska that NR has acquired their musical backbone. By tearing down genre walls the band has found their success, achieved with a total DIY attitude. This includes four independent releases, over one hundred shows played, and consistent touring throughout the East Coast and the South.
No Regrets has played host to many touring bands coming through the South Jersey and Philadelphia area. They have opened up for national artists such as Big D and the Kids Table, Mustard Plug, Westbound Train, River City High, The Toasters, The Know How, The Code, Monty Are I, The Track Record, and The Planet Smashers. Aside from these milestones, the band has embraced the mainstage of recognized Philadelphia venues such as The Trocadero Theatre, The Theatre of Living Arts, The North Star Bar, and The Fire.

There is a really shitty movie on right this second, on some channel called LMN. Guess what the name is? No Regrets... I got hard when I saw the title, but the movie is really bad. You guys should make a better one.
I can't thank you enough for showing your support and helping me (and other bunnies like me) get back on my feet. It took nine days, but I am finally eating, hopping and feeling like a normal bunny again. It's people like you who truly help make little miracles for bunnies like me.
BIG NEWS! Our treasurer,Mike raised enough money at the Bunny Benefit VIII to file our paperwork, and Kristie and Justin stayed up all Sunday night finishing it, and we're filing out 501(c)3. So now, you'll recieve a reciept for all donations and it'll be tax deductable! *woot* More carrots come return time. Why not Donate Now, and get a reciept for your donation in the mail. Sick bunnies like me really need your help. There's so many more to save.

Close! The first rock and/or roll song was written by Ruben Studdard in 2003, and is entitled "Flying Without Wings." All great music is just derivative of Studdard.
Pssh no prob, I just sent them a message, I just hope they put you all at Amvets again, because Amvets is way better than FLC...I hope you see you all again!! -Lou
