Classic Southern Rock at its best. We take great pride in performing the likes of the The Allman Brothers Band, ZZ Top, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Marshall Tucker Band, CCR and others to keep Southern Rock alive and well. With a full, well balanced sound that will capture you for a great evening of fun and music, Southern style. Canadian Dave Bailey, on the keys, tickling those Ebonies and Ivories with the fluidity of the Mississippi River. Ron Ragone, the bassist, just can't keep his feet still as the rhythm pours out of his soul. Ralph James, the drummer, keeps it all moving with beats and fills to make up a great rhythm section. Also adding vocals and backup vocals to round out the sound. Then there is the Doctor! Play'n that slide guitar through Marshall amps with his Les Paul screaming at the top of its strings. On the other geetar we have Marcus Balanky, a bonafide southern gentleman playing that Les Paul Gold Top spewing out those sweet Southern harmonies. Steve Hancock will pull you in with his full passionate voice filling the night's air. Together these musicians rock the night away to make South 46 the "Real Deal". Performing Southern Rock at its best all around the Bay Area and Sacramento Valley.
