A few years ago, I retired from my position as its director........Now a defunct group, the CIVILIAN INTELLIGENCE NETWORK was, at one time, a loosely-knit network of investigative researchers and intelligence gatherers whose primary focus for the past two decades was on the 'government's operating location near Groom Lake, Nevada, commonly known as AREA 51........CIN was initially established in 1988 as a civilian watchdog group, or oversight "committee" on the 'government's various Black Projects programs...........................Here is my brief biography: My "connections" to AREA 51....................... The past decade, however, has seen the growth of other larger, well-organized and funded citizens' groups such as the Federation of American Scientists (FAS) whose activities have had major impact on government accountability on relevant issues such as environmental issues. Thus, the role of smaller groups such as CIN was minimalized.......Moreover, since the past few years, I have come to support the continual existence and operations programs of vital military complexes (as long as they exist solely for our national defense interests), such as at the above-mentioned operating base near Groom Lake, Nevada (AREA 51), the Air Force's premier military Research & Development test base...............I had the privilege of seeing with my own eyes this amazing research, development and test base several times from both the White Sides and the Freedom Ridge during the early 90s when those nearby hills were not closed off to the public.........I still try to keep up with the latest information on this important, leading-edge aerospace complex in Nevada..........My belief now is based on the premise that American leadership is good both for America and for the world and that such leadership requires military strength, diplomatic energy and commitment to moral principles...... A strong, healthy and above all, humane U.S. military leadership and presence is essential for Global Security (here I again stress.....it has to be HUMANE)........Even though I have retired from my many years of Area 51 research and investigations, I still try to keep up with the latest information on this significant base by consulting the world's largest online resource on Area 51 (http://www.dreamlandresort.com)................................................................... It is my sincere hope that in the future the leading-edge technologies at locations such as Area 51 will not be manipulated or go into the hands of nefarious groups and projects, such as the conspiratorial PROJECT BLUE BEAM and the Grand Deception ..................................................................... Serge Monast's PROJECT BLUE BEAM....................................Aside from this, I have my own personal beliefs on other matters also........one of my main beliefs is that there are no such things as "coincidences" in our lives........there is much, much more to this world than what we can only see with our eyes..........this world is filled with mysteries......................................The so-called "UFO phenomenon" as well as the UFO information "control" system (as researched by Dr. Jacques Vallee) are just a few of those mysteries........Although I have researched this phenomenon for more than 45 years, I am still not able to come up with any definitive conclusion as to what "UFOs" really are....... .................................................. Nevertheless, it is a fact that the phenomenon exists...... One of the most fascinating cases in the U.S. is the Farmington, New Mexico sighting of 1950: The most spectacular mass UFO sighting in the U.S. (March of 1950 over Farmington, New Mexico.....(The Phoenix, AZ sightings of 1997 were nothing compared to this).........The Farmington sightings lasted for three days.........yes, the sightings went on for three days during broad daylight............ Farmington, New Mexico mass UFO sightings of March, 1950 is headline news (Farmington Daily Times)............... Yes, this world is filled with mysteries that we don't understand........ My personal belief is that Life itself is a miracle, a precious gift from the Creator, the ultimate "Designer" of this amazing universe............I am so thankful that I am alive.....every breath that we breathe is precious.... however there will come a time when we must die......death is something inevitable...........But my belief is that we should not be afraid of death, since, strange as it may sound, my belief is that DEATH IS ONLY THE BEGINNING OF LIFE !!
