My father started out in construction around 1960 westriver South Dakota. He worked for the railroad building bridges and putting down tracks. When he came up to Aberdeen to go to Northern State College he continued with construction and ended up doing heavy construction for Brown County Hwy Dept. He took an absence little over a decade starting in 1970. By the mid 1980s he was back to doing construction building various argicultural buildings through out the northeastern part of the state. He helped build First Baptist School addition and also helped Sayler and Humphries when they were just trying to get started in construction. I started helping my father pour footings when I was about 8 years old and shortly there after started helping him shingle. With in a few years I was helping him remodel a house and drywall it. I took 2 years of drafting and design including training on AutoCad. I've remodeled several houses and was even a foreman for another construction company. We strictly adhere to standard building codes.
