About me:

afropunk/innacitymisfit/artist/composer/performer: I moved to the Bay Area in '99 to study art. I've since graduated and am employed and have kept up a good performance/exhibition record.....Got accepted to University in NY fall '05, back in school and working hard to never be under-employed again. What's up with me? Who am I? I am a very private yet political individual. I have loved and I have been loved. I am a quiet person and I appreciate quiet. I love art and music, yet some of the music I like and make is loud, noisy, chaotic and formless. I don't consider myself hip at all. I spend my free time performing my sound art stuff djing, watching anime, reading manga, books on music and Zen and listening to music. what's your story?

    Okay, I haven't talked a lot lately, but things have been busy getting ready for the Big Trip. Tomorrow night we'll be flying to the Philippines! After a super quick flight to LA it's a LONGASS 15 hours to Taipei, followed by fairly short lights to Manila and then Davao City. Eventually we'll be on the beach, hanging out with Rufelyn's family, eating some unusual foods (I'm looking to try the balut this time around), shopping, and I'll be trying to not get kidnapped!     Okay, so the Bears didn't win the Superbowl, but they did GET there, and that's pretty good too. I wonder if they were going to remake the Shuffle had they won? Anyway, hope you're doing well Norman. It's starting to warm back up here in Arizona...we actually had a few nights below freezing! Interesting change, but it destroyed a lot of our plants though.
