We're FRONT RANGE NORML, the chapter of NORML that pertains to the cities of Boulder, Longmont, Fort Collins, Loveland, Berthod, and surrounding communities. NORML stands for National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws. Our mission is to change the laws, locally, statewide, and federally to decriminalize and legalize the use of marijuana.
