Norse Horse was started by Ryan Beal while living in Korea, where he played a few shows and started putting together songs influenced by old Thai Music, West African jams, Black Dice, cumbia villera, lots of lo-fi noise pop and the nostalgic memory of a place that wasn't covered in snow. Now based in California, Norse Horse is a full band featuring Sam Woodson, Aaron Freeman, Tyler Haran and Rogers DeCoud.

My attempts to create an Open at the Mama Buzz Cafe have failed. The will be no open mic at the Mama Buzz cafe. The "Every Second Sunday" open mic has been double booked for the second month in a row. It is clear I'm not suited to be the host of an open mic. Thank you all for your interest and support. My sincerest apologies to all musicians poets that hoped and even planned for this open mic.
The 12" vinyl comes with a free download code for the entire album as well
AND if you would like to check out a couple tracks from the album. (and download a free track) then do please go here: www.howtobeamicrowave.com/michaelnhat
Finally…here is the new split cassette from Eloi and Mike M and it is called “Cramped Living”. This release plays out like a nocturnal AM-radio transmission drenched in honey. Side A features Eloi sleepwalking through a hothouse jungle, full of whispers and flickering lights.. And Side B features Mike M’s soundtrack of desert wanders in search of fata morgana.
