Time, and it's terrible vehicle called 'life', exist only as your perception of shifting constants blur. In other words, whatever you sense only exists because it is a changed factor from a previous state. Recent advancements in quantum theory have shown that time itself does not exist as a Newtonian principle, rather it is only our perception of shifting elements that creates this illusion of time.
If the very essences of our material universe are based upon this theory, wouldn't it be folly to attempt an application of static principle to our obviously extremely fluid, personal philosophy? Yet, every day I hear people talking as if they have found a static truth, then proclaiming it to those around them. Kafka spoke of this very topic in the short parable, "The Trees."
The way that we examine another person's thoughts should be handled as adjunctive philosophy, and not component philosophy. It is important to remember that there are no absolute truths, only relative lies".
