in no particular order: anxiety, ruined structures, beta cell stimulation, nightmares, fog, coming on (the pinhead effect), blood work, the salvia twist, Leigh Stephens, Conrad Plank, excesses and compulsions, what lives in dark water, sinistrality.
Sounds Like
Overloaded circuits pitch and reel. Dark birds against dark autumn skies. Rumbling bass guitar scrapes and grinds. The moon pulling at the earth’s bones. Singing metals and keening strings sear the ear and bend the mind. The voice of the Morrigan. Fierce drumbeats and echoes roll. The geometric progressions begin. Northern Machine. Live.
We achieve transport upon contact, creating sound to interfere with the physical environment and enhancing the do it with other people experience. Screw ear buds or bose-colored headphones or cassette-quality sound. Get in front of some loudspeakers and a power amp. Bring the sound closer to real here.
crop circles indeed are appearing!!..i'm jus chasin' my own tail 'round 'n 'round lately...bored with my own ideas..maybe i can send some recordings for your highly regarded sound surgery...
Thanks Bill. I tracked you down via Zeromoon. He released an album of mine last year under the “Bokor” moniker. Jeff may have some spare copies if you’re interested.
My drive home sucked too. Great sharing stage space with you guys, too. I WILL be back to DC and I'm working on my Athens connections to see about getting you guys down here. I have a house, so a place to crash is no issue.
Hello Gentlemen.
We wanted to let you know we were listening to "Staalhertz" again last night. Afterwards we said (at the same time, ofcourse, like always) "Write them and tell them how good it is. Why Me? What you can't type?." Anyway, by this morning, I haven't gotten much sleep, but, I'm here, to tell you, Staalhertz, is a damn, good, cd. And I love you all very much. (sob)
