About me: The NorthernMods Club was founded in the summer of 2005 by a group of young friends living in the area of Milan-Varese-Como (north of Italy) and involved in the italian Mod scene. The club aims to promote Mod events and allnighters in our region. Some of us are also members of Pregiati ScooterClub (Seregno, MI).
During these years we promoted a lot of club nights & gigs(4 "Out of Time" in Cantù(CO), "The Shotgun" in Novedrate (CO), 4 "Heatwave" in Varese, ecc.ecc.), dj set and fanzine issues ("Lezioni di stile" 4 issues, "Mod Generation" 6 issues both by Varese Mods, "Up North!" 5 issues by the Northern Mods Society). These are the club nights we still run: "Carnaby Street" night in Varese, "Get Ready Soul Night" in Seregno (MI) and we joined our mod fellows of UomoRagno Mod Club Milano co-promoting the famous "Buzz with the Fuzz", THE Milano MOD night. We're planning some new nights for 2008/2009 so get in touch and add us to your myspace friends if you want to keep updated.
