My name is Northern, a 40 year old, underground cartoonist from Pittsburgh , Pennsylvania . I am the creator, writer, and illustrator of NORTHERN'S HEMISPHERE.
Northern's Hemisphere comic strip is about the misadventures of two gay ,dirt poor, African American college students who are stuck living 2 gether in a dingy basement apartment in the worst end of the city.
I created it in December ,1992 , and since then , I have illustrated 21 'zines and promoted them locally . Now that myspace has come along I am able to use this as a vehicle to bring it to a wider audience.
Most importantly, this strip is very funny, real ,raw, unsensored, and totally original.
