Greenwich House Arts is pleased to announce season 24 of North River Music. Founded by Frank Wigglesworth in 1985,
the Thursdays @ 8 concerts continue to provide fresh impetus to the performance of new and experimental music. Over the
course of the coming season, a total of six concerts featuring distinguished composers and performers of contemporary
music will be presented. Each performance will take place within the quaint setting of the Renee Weiler Concert Hall and followed by a Meet-The-Composer/Artist-type reception. Admission for each concert is $15 general, $10 for students and seniors, and payable at the door from 7:30pm. All performances will be held at Renee Weiler Concert Hall, which is located at 46 Barrow Street, NYC (between Seventh Ave. South and Bedford Street). For a map of our location, visit MAP
The series calendar will be available soon.
Funding for this series is provided, in part, by the New York State Council on the Arts, the Foundation for Contemporary Performance
Arts, the Virgil Thomson Foundation, the Aaron Copland Fund for Music, the Amphion Foundation and MEET THE COMPOSER
