Born and raised respectively in North Little Rock, AR., they are the newest additions to the roster of 73 Entertainment and Promotions, LLC. The members of North Rock are Moe and Couch. We started out being called Duece just 2 n****s, but that felt lame to us over time. So ...we wanted to create sumn original..sumn that could stick..and sumn that definitely rep'd where we from...so...we came up with North Rock. We took the little out because ain't shyt little about us...music..rhymes...stature..NUTTIN!! When combined, their flows are melodic and unique, making the listener take notice and appreciate. The concept of North Rock derived from determination, motivation and hard work. Bringing music back to it’s original art form is the goal of both Moe and Couch. Some of the influences that have guided and shaped the ideals of North Rock range from Pac, B.I.G., Scarface, UGK, OutKast, 8Ball & MJG, Barry White, Rick James, Kurt Cobain, Dr. Dre, Eminem, Jadakiss, Mos Def, and Big Mike just to name a few. Coming into their own, capitalizing on the many differences that separate North Rock from other artist’s are what will keep them in the public for many seasons to come. In the pursuit of their dreams, Moe and Couch has had several opportunities to perform throughout the state of Arkansas and the various provinces of Canada. We've performed at Vino's, KC's Place in Morrilton, Down Town Music Hall, The Metroplex, The Rev Room, and Juanita's. I mean we've touched a lot of stages in a short amount of time. That's all we've done for the past yr and a half maybe. We love it because it's our craft. It's a chance to connect with and gain more fans. Aspirations for the future include the release of their album Us vs. Them on the 73 Entertainment and Promotions, LLC, under the direction of Garrick “Boss Man 73” Jones.
