Northside to Findlay Market Bike Ride's Interests

General

High gas prices, climate change, exercise, community, fun, adventure, practicality -what's your reason for riding a bicycle in Cincinnati? Whatever your motives, you're among a growing number of Cincinnatians who choose to get around by bike.

This group was created in celebration of Bike Month 2008, with the special purpose of encouraging Northsiders (and our nati neighbors) to shop Cincinnati's beloved Findlay Market by bicycle.

There will be two rides in May led by local MoBo Bicycle Co-op organizer, Scott Pardi, to kick off regular weekly group rides to Findlay Market. It is our hope to create an open community of people who wish to shop locally and environmentally responsible. The rides will start in Northside, go to Findlay Market, and return to Northside. Groups rides are safe and fun.

About me:
Group bicycle ride to Findlay Market from Northside.

Dates: Every Saturday.

Time: Meet betwen 9:00 and 9:15am, leave Northside promptly at 9:30am,an hour and fifteen minute layover at Findlay Market, leave market for Northside promptly at 11:30am.

Where: Meet at Hoffner Park in Northside, the corner of Hamilton Ave and Blue Rock Rd. We'll ride nearly all level ground via Spring Grove Ave to Findlay Market at Race St and Elm St towards downtown Cincinnati.
