OLD NEWS: could it be true? new norway songs? finally? yes, it's true. one is a remix of the fantastic joy electric song "colours in dutch", available on the new "their variables" remix CD. check out joyelectric.com for more info. the other is a christmas song, and it will be released later this year. more info on that as it gets closer to the holiday season.
so obviously i have gotten my little studio set up here in montana. i am currently working on some more remixes i've started work on the new norway CD, which will be the best and most annoying yet. less vocoders, more everything else. more info as it develops.

norway music information
over the past 10 years, norway has evolved from euro-pop to electro-pop to electronic pop and beyond. influenced by electronic music pioneers as well as modern innovators, norway is pushing forward musically by creating timeless pop songs without bowing to any current popular music trends or resorting to using computers to make sounds or sequence songs. synthesizers are used to create the sounds, but any norway song could just as well have been played by any rock band. highly influenced and schooled in part by synthesizer genius and friend ronnie martin of joy electric, norway's sound has definitely evolved over the past 8 years.
the norway squared corporation
first revealed to the public in 2002, the norway squared corporation is the parent corporation of norway music. the norway squared corporation is concerned with improving the world through advances in existing technologies as well as the development of new technologies. we believe the world has much yet to be discovered, yet we must preserve it or many new discoveries will be lost. the norway squared corporation is also responsible for such ingenious inventions as the dust eliminator (which was discontinued after the ionic breeze was released containing many of the NSCs unpatented developments), the smog filter (which has technology currently found in many catalytic converters today), and most imporantly, the dream recorder.
the dream recorder unfortunately was much more powerful than expected, and to stop possible mass paranoia, it had to be restricted by local and national governments. still, it is being used today by a small band of rebels operating in underground groups all over the country. ideas coming from some of their experiements can be heard on the new norway cd "the dream recorder". who knows how long this recording will be allowed to be sold. if the government finds out the recording was inspired by the dream recorder, they will probably destroy all remaining copies. some have been locked up in a vault just in case, but those can never be sold. the memory of the dream recorder will live on forever in the hearts and minds of those who have seen it, used it, or helped to develop it.

followers!! Sorry for the
disappearing act. Maggie cracked her head open during a basement show, so we’ve
been out(no pun intended) for awhile. She is almost better so when that happens
we’ll be back in the recording studio. In the meantime, we did manage to
