Heavy rock band from Lærdal in Sogn. Kicked off in 2004. After playing in Himinborg for a year, Ståle and Marius wanted to start a new band. Playing real heavy metal, with Judas Priest as one of our biggest influences. So we got a band name, it was actually a taught Ståle had of making a norwegian Judas Priest tribute-CD and call it Norwegian Steel (in fact a very good idea), so we just stick to that name today. we where a very "serious unserious" band for crying out loud. We had lots of parties in Ljosheim (the house we use to rehearse).Infact more drinkin' than playing. In the earlydays, we where just a trio consisting of Ståle on guitar/bass/drums etc., Lars on guitar/bass etc.,Marius on guitar/drums/bass etc. We got Knut Rune, wich was and still is a friend of ours, as our drummer in the band in 2005. We rehearsed and wrote songs, in 2006 we recorded our first demo. Then started to write songs right after that as soon as we was done in the studio. to this day we only have self-written songs, except some coversongs we play for fun. December 2006 we got Øyvind Åsarmoen Møller as our new drummer, to head out in new musical directions. In july 2007 we entered the studio again to record what would be our SECOND demo CD. better songs and better production on that one.

2009 PLANS: Our (never-ending) search for a proper singer still qontinues, as this is a very important job, of course. On our music section above, you can hear the songs with vocals performed by Eivind Vilnes (he was in the band in 2007-2008). Our future plans is to get a new singer to record all the vocal tracks on our CD, release it, and start to produce more music.
