"When I hear your music it calls forth [to me anyway] the void -which is essentially the same thing in many religions that state ov being-primordial bleakness-thee pit-thee infinite-meditative-yet dark-yet in it's own way brooding and beautiful." -Brandon dai Cahal (A Field of Black Orchids)
"Nostalgia has migrated into increasingly subliminal territory since the aforementioned ‘Aesthetics…’ demo, operating within even more minimal and claustrophobic confines than hitherto to produce genuine nightmare evocations from a black void." - Gerald / Vampire Magazine
"Nostalgia uncovers and elaborates on famine and plague riddled dustclowds within the context of electronic experimentation, and conjures much in the way of lamentation and dread. There is an aspect of injected paranoia to this music that is feral and almost tangeable, like there's endless insects crawling up your spine and you cannot undo the feeling no matter what." - Mike / Profane Productions
"The decay begins with synthetic insect-like breathing accompanied by strong waves of distortion. Here we are forced into a spiral of sounds; attacking and releasing. At the right volume level, this material could even be considered blackened power electronics. The intensity hits and just as it almost becomes too introspectively powerful, the listener is given a moment to breath; only of course to have more nightmarish sounds creep up. Masterful discretion is used to keep a perfect balance between flowing waves of ambience and just pure industrial torment." - Jason / Wound of the Earth Webzine
Thank you for adding me. Prologue Decomposition sounded so creepy. You have that awesome electronic experimental I hardly hear. Keep up the awesome work and keep in touch, J
Thank you for adding me. IV Eyes Dead was incredible. I like your use of samples and the way you mix everything togeather. Prolouge Decomposition was interesting. Your sound is incredibly experimental. Really nice work. Take care and keep in touch. -Jere
Thanks a lot, Mark. I'm really happy that you're pleased with the final result. I know I am. You now owe me the gift of listening to your new material. :)
"Where the Mandrakes Grow" is conceptualized around autoerotic asphyxiation, forming an abstract narrative into a singular autoerotic experience. A singular moment in flux within the body. The sound compositions consist of consciousness cut ups - flashes of memory and anomalies of the moment interweaving. Dark drone and experimental ambience. Mastered by the legendary Robert Rich. Beautiful 6-panal digi-CD designed by Anastasia Sarandou limited to 1,000 copies. Truly a great work of Dark Ambience. 64 minutes.

From the label: Time has come for a fresh collaborative album, released by No Angels Prod. and Beast Of Prey. We would like to present a unique opus, which appears as a co-operation of Inner Vision Laboratory (Poland) and Roto Visage (USA) projects, symbolically entitled "Cinema Stain". Here, the listener is forced to wale in pathological and "impure" visualizations of human pain, fears and suffering, which are surprisingly seducing with subtle beauty. Some of the soundforms are painted heavily with a brush of rhythm while others flow like the spools of film spinning through a mechanical projector. The aim of both of the composers was to write an original soundtrack to a non-existent horror film – the result is excellent, and by taking vocal samples from other movies, they created also an auditory record of tension and melancholic darkness. For layout of this release, we used modified photographs from the very talented photographer - Karolina Kosowicz.
