Not for Kids, the small but beautiful outlet for breaks productions by Kid Circus (and maybe some other people too).
As a producer, Kid Circus is fast becoming one to watch. The mighty Cr2 released 'O for Oranges', his first outing under his other production name, Barbara from Brazil, and he has releases and remixes in the bag for Love Is War Music (headed up by Ignition's Marcus J Knight), Ricky Stone's 852 imprint and Devore Recordings, with more to follow.
And that's not to mention the latin-inspired funk Kid produces under his Coolhurst pseudonym. Coolhurst’s debut release, 'Taller Than The Line/Mamas' is out now on the legendary Freestyle Records imprint, whose output has gained heavy support from the likes of Kenny Dope, Gilles Peterson, Norman Jay, Mr Scruff, and DJ Yoda.
It seems to be a case of 'Cooking with Kid' at present, with Not for Kids his new breaks label, and his new house imprint, Room for Manoeuvre.
