- We proudly want to introduce you to our new NBAB family member : our good friends from LAZARE aka the infamous LZR, comin' outta Rouen, France ! We're gonna help them releasing their debut demo in 2010. Watch out for an uncompromising hard band with a pounding underground attitude, that's so rare these days not to be mentioned ! Please add them & show some love, check their live video we just put up on this page and stay tuned for their next live acts !
- "Bring back the glory" is the leitmotiv for Nothing But A Beatdown Records in 2010, so please come dance hard and party with us at my "birthday show" in Paris, January 23rd 2010, at La Péniche Alternat ! See flyer in the pics section ! For that special occasion, my good friends from DOWN BY PREJUDICE will reunite for an exclusive one time only show, and you'll also get for 8 euros : ALEA JACTA EST from the NBAB Records fame and one of the two best Heavy Hardcore bands from Paris, I named DANFORTH and youngsters from RISE FROM THE NORTHSTAR !
- We put, for your listening pleasure, the whole "You should have cared" 3 track EP from 8CONTROL on the player ! yeah, believe it or not, we actually get more interest from Europe than the states. out here, you have to sound like Suicide Silence or Emmure to get some kind of interest. its a real sad situation out here for hardcore. But we're trying our best to get contacts for Europe. that band Still Screaming has been a ton of help with getting us emails and links to German web-zines. So we try to use those whenever we feel the need to, but its always nice to have those contacts.
yeah that'd be great! we really wanna try to get our name out there as much as possible. all of us would rather tour Europe than the states haha we actually wanna try to hit Europe this year but we'll see how that turns out. its costs so much money to get out there and we lack people connection out there, so it makes everything that much harder.
we plan to release it but because of Christmas, we lack the funds to put it out right now. but by next year we plan to make a couple hundred and send them out where ever we can.
we did an EP, but we're waiting to get more money together so we can release it ourselves. you can check it out at http://darasuumhc.tumblr.com i'd send you a CD but we have no artwork or anything to go along with it, so it wouldn't be as cool haha
