   About Nothing Gained... Looking for UK Promoters


Nothing Gained formed into its current line up in early 2006. Having worked under the name of "Stray" for a year before changing it to Nothing Gained in 2005, Andy & David were left looking for new members to join and perhaps re shape the band.

In early 2006 EmJay, Yusuf & Pauly, all joined the band and over the next 2 years set about writing and recording the debut album "Nascent". “Nascent” was released in March 2008 and was all fully financed by the band. This followed with a two week US tour in July of 2008.

Over the past 3 years the band worked hard, played countless live shows and built a strong name for them selves on the underground metal scene.

Nothing gained are currently working on an anticipated follow up to "nascent" which they say will be some of their best work yet.

Nothing gained would like to thank their fans, promoters, radio show hosts and venues for all of the continued support.
