In the lack of anything more interesting to say, we're from Nottingham and London and have been playing gigs for a few years now. Some of the bands we've played with are in the Sounds Like section over there on the left. We've had some good times indeed, not least touring with Bilge Pump for a short while. Magical times!
We are always on the lookout for gigs so please get in touch if you like what you hear!
I feel it's getting ever closer to the day when we actually release something. It'd sure be nice to put that on this here list. We'll get working on that one.

this is only one of three uk dates they are playing on this tour so its a rare chance to see one of john peels favourite bands live...
it has taken us the best part of two years to get them to play here - thus we are asking that if we've ever put your band on or turned up to your gigs that you if at all possible try to come along not only because it would make us smile but because you'll get to see an incredible gig...

Hessian are excited to announce it's next night on 9th January featuring an awesome double bill! Indiepunk band violet violet, favourites of Artrocker, will be bringing their riotous live show to basement with local support (to be confirmed). Following this Eskimo Twins, fresh from live sets supporting Evil Nine and at Bad Sneakers, will DJ the Hessian clubnight along with Grim Beeper.
