NOUVEAUX - LINCOLN
Lincolns newest club night to explode out of The Cell. We launched in January, with the RIOTOUS ROCKERS headlining; and that night was a taster of what was to come.
Since then we have brought Lincoln the best in New Talent breaking out of the UK. The likes of ALEX METRIC, PARTYSHANK and this month SKULL JUICE have come down and truly smashed it out on Lincoln's loudest soundsystem.
Next month we bring you one of Italy's best kept secrets; MOWGLI - Exploding onto the blogs this year, Mowgli puts his wobbly basslines and dark electro behind some massive tunes behind classic tunes; including Chemical Brother's - Do It Again and Benni Benassi's - Satisfaction
MOWGLI is about as NOUVEAUX as it gets!

NOUVEAUX is back in MAY with yet another headliner about to hit the big time as we present: MOWGLI
Mowgli; the Italian born DJ and producer who has launched himself onto the scene this year with an amazing bootleg of “Do It Again” by the Chemical Brothers which has set the blogs alight and put him on the radar for 2008. Mowgli's trademark "squelchy" basslines, and the "bounciness" of his productions has been a favourite with many dj's including Radio One's Pete Tong and Annie Mac as well as continual play on XFM.
Before moving to London to up the ante in his blossoming career, Mowgli delved into the Italian illegal rave scene at the age of 18 where he developed a love for Drum and Bass and started his own successful Italian label Touchresponse. Not satisfied with Drum and Bass, Mowgli has now turned his attention Electro with the promise of one new bootleg a month!! Recent remixes include 'Satisfaction' by Benni Benassi and 'Bad' by Mr Michael Jackson.
All this at the age of 25 as well as the remixes he has been commissioned to do, “Lazy” by X-Press 2 and Simian Mobile Disco’s “Its The Beat” and headlining gigs @ 333, The Egg and Ministry of Sound either side of NOUVEAUX; its fair to say that MOWGLI is a very busy boy!!
With his hard-swinging beats and 'fat wobbling' re-donculous basslines.....MOWGLI is about as NOUVEAUX as it gets!

NOUVEAUX - LEEDS
NOT satisfied with the constraints of the Lincolnshire flood plains, NOUVEAUX has extended its reaches to the beautiful North
NOUVEAUX is the night that has brought Alex Metric, Skull Juice, Party Shank and Mowgli to one of the biggest new nights in the midlands. For our very first outing in Leeds, we're taking over WIRE, the awesome Victorian Basement club opposite the Corn Exchange in Central Leeds. And as its our first party, we thought you deserved a special treat - on the 2nd of June we will be bringing you RITON.
He's been headlining slots at Fabric, The End, Ibiza and Manchesters the Warehouse Project on New Years Day, as well as sharing line ups with Erol Alkan, Annie Mac, SebastiAn and Busy P. All of this has helped RITON become a well established figure in the dance music scene and always aims to please the masses that he plays for.
So before jetting off to continue DJing with 2MANY DJs and SOULWAX on their massive tour, and in between a summer with Radio1 in Ibiza and various huge festivals this year including Glastonbury, RITON has chosen to pay Leeds a visit to play in this 300 capacity venue.
Add to this our outstanding resident talent, A.L.F (Nouveaux / The Cell), Andy George (radio1 essential mix / moda), Uncle Bulgaria (Wherehouse? / The Cell) and Debauchery (Nouveaux / The Cell) and you are in for a full on NOUVEAUX party!
Expect a bouncy mix of funk soaked electro, scuzzy tech, french house and the odd Ed Banger/Kitsune/Modular homage thrown in too. Hold onto your glowsticks, because RITON is about as NOUVEAUX as it gets.
