Yesterday, was like a different life
I'm sorry I can't stay she said
I'm moving on
I'd take you with me
But our time is gone
Our time is gone
Formed in the winter of 2007 from an ensemble cast of London night dwellers, Novak Stare are four lads bound together in creating a chronicle of urban dysfunction & modern love. They fluctuate between soaring melodies, dirty riffs & dark soundscapes to produce adreneline fuelled odes to the lost art of romance.

FRIDAY 18TH DECEMBER - THE LOUCHE + BLEECH + EASTER SUN + NOVAK STARE (ACOUSTIC SET) + GUESTS - LIVE UPSTAIRS @ THE BLACK HEART, GREENLAND PLACE, CAMDEN
After five and a half years of fun and frollicks we've decided to wrap up Turning Worm for the foreseeable future and this is our last gig. We're going out with a bang rather than a whimper with some of our favourite bands and no doubt some special guests in what promises to be a fantastic Xmas party and quite possibly the last great independent gig of the decade! The fun starts at 8ish and it's a mere £6 to get in.
We really hope you can make it, but if not we'd like to say a big thank you for all your support and involvement in the great events that we've shared together over the years.
We just thought we'd send you a message to alert you about our video for our debut single Prism. We released the track from our upcoming album "To The Rest of The World" last month. It is now available via iTunes, Amazon and via SMS in the UK. Text "Track 3852" to 83262 and a reply will tell you how to download to your computer. We are obviously working hard to get up as high as possible in the charts so any help will be very much appreciated!
Also, we have our new youtube video! If you have a youtube account please comment the page as to what you think :)
Thanks again for your continued support for our music and MySpace friendship!
Hi! Fancy some music and booze in the next couple of evenings? If so come and join us upstairs at The Enterprise tonight (Thursday) or tomorrow (Friday) for some top-notch musical frollicks.
Thursday 12th November - THE GOODTIMES + OXP + AARON
Superb angular angry Essex boys headline ably supported by the hard rockin' OXP and promising young singer songwriter Aaron. Eclecticism is our watchword!
Friday 13th November - KARAOKE FOR BEGINNERS + NOVAK STARE + RICK GILL + CELLOPHANE FLOWERS
Camden's own rock super-group headline, with purveyors of stylish edgy pop Novak Stare, the inimitable Rick Gill (who's birthday this is) and increasingly fabulous Cellophane Flowers in support. How many degenerates can you fit upstairs at The Enterprise? We'll see. Should be quite a party.
