N.R.C. is an urban based Rap music group from Reading Pa. The group members include Filly Black, who was born in Norristown Pa, JSplash , Hazz1, and Chink Blizz all who are from the city of Reading Pa, and P.V. (Parole Violator ) who is from Baltimore MD. The original members of the group are Filly Black, JSplash, and Hazz1. Around 2004 the N.R.C. added P.V. the Baltimore native to their group but thats not all. The last member of the group to be added was Chink Blizz, who is also the youngest member. Group members Filly Blak and JSplash lived in Florida for a few years where they recorded music with local down south rappers, and also performed at shows in the St. Petersburg area. It was there Black met REEM a.k.a. SCREAM & JUICE a.k.a. SLOPPY PULLA. "U put ME< JUICE< SCREAM< 2getha its that 727connect. 727 is my florida base,.. while we was in florida makin moves the rest of us was in p.a. so between both teams We released several mixtapes and have had opening acts for industry artists like Capone and Noriega better known as CNN. The group has music that is played on 91.3 FM, Johnny Vs Real Flava Radio, a local college station that supports the group very much. While other artists take certain music styles and run with them ... they have their own sound that is loved by so many. The members of the group are a mix between Afro-American and Hispanic origin, who plan to bring unity between their two cultures. Still waiting on their big break , they are now working with producers from Philadelphia with plans to record a professional album.To continue the non stop movement, the unsigned talent will continue to flood the inner city and suburban areas of PA and surrounding states with their mixtapes.
