When I just started getting into music, and ever since, my all-time favorite band was the Dave Matthews Band. Since then, my tastes have stayed within that same general genre. Some of my other favorites include:

Andrea (the roomie) deserves most of the credit for the TV that I watch. She controls the remote, so the general rule of thumb is if she has something on, I watch it. The exception to that rule is any and all cop shows. I can't stand the 37 different Law & Orders, CSIs, Without a Traces, Numbers, etc. etc. etc.
Of course, DVR is the other controlling factor. You hear people say it 'changes your life.' It certainly has affected the way I watch TV -- which is really, really sad considering how little TV I used to watch.
Anyhow, below are the shows that I cannot miss ...
Grey's Anatomy -- I love this show. I want to be Meredith Grey. Typically, we watch an episode of Grey's, and keep it stored until the next week, and then watch it again to prep ourselves for the new episode ... it's a total addiction.

So you want to know all about me? Well, let's start with the most current "me" and work backwards ...
I am 27 years old, living and working in NYC. I moved out here on Valentine's Day in 2003. The time has flown by! My fiancee, Copas, and I got engaged on November 24, 2007, and we're getting married on August 15, 2008. Very exciting! We're also looking to buy a home in Westchester ... so we have quite a bit going on in our lives right now!
I currently live with Copas and Paul, Copas' previous roommate before I moved into the apartment that is no bigger than a small cubicle. I've been living in my current apartment for about 7 months, and it is situated smack on the East River of Manhattan.
I work at a public relations agency in health care, for Bristol-Myers Squibb. It's been a very busy career life, but for now, it's going well.
I'm originally from the great state of Michigan, which is where I lived for the majority of my life. I definitely consider myself a Michigander -- not a city girl. If I could blend a little more of the nature (i.e., the lakes and trees) and serenity of MI with the convenience and excitement of NYC, that would be my ideal. That said, I know I probably will not be a New Yorker for life, but I am definitely glad I made the jump and started a life of my own out here.
