About me:
New Start Ministries is focused on ministering to those who are struggling with addictions and compulsive behaivors. We also minister to the youth of our city who through peer pressure, media, and lack of positive role models are choosing drugs, alcohol, pornography, and suicide at an alarming rate to fit in or feel loved and important.
We want people to get addicted to Jesus not drugs, alcohol, or what ever else the world offers them to deal with their problems or to try and fit in.
We have been where you are now and genuinely care about you and what you are going through. We want you to know that God loves you and so do we, regardless of whom or what you are.
But you have to make a conscious decision that you want help, we can’t make it for you.
Our ministry operates in New Castle Indiana and our backgrounds of addiction and codependency help make us “RECOVERY MINDED” Ministers
Celebrate Recovery is a safe place to find support, help, and encouragement for your hurt, hang-up, or addictive habit from those who have walked the same road.
Our Addictions Group meets every Monday night from 6-8 PM (optional refreshments and fellowship 8-8:30 PM)
Cross Road Church 2748 North State Road 3 New Castle, Indiana.
Childcare available. Confidentiality assured.
Our Life Hurts, God Heals program begins August 5th, 2009.
Life Hurt God Heals was created specifically for teenagers who have experienced pain or addiction including: drinking, cutting, pornography, eating disorders, troubled family dynamics, etc. All over the country hundreds of students have gone through this 8-step study leaving many encouraged and changed.
Our group meets every Wednesday night from 7-9 PM (optional Hangout / Fellowship 6:30-7:00 PM)Cross Road Church 2748 North State Road 3 New Castle, Indiana.

Anyone we can help. We want to show you that no matter how powerful your addiction or problem is you can be delivered from it and enjoy life more abundantly by having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We DO NOT preach religion, religion is a barrier that creates hate, division, and chaos among people. We are not here to judge or condemn anyone, just to help those who want to be helped and to spread the Good News about Jesus Christ. We would also like to meet some cool new people. Just because someone doesn't believe the way we do, doesn't mean we can't be friends.

MyHotComments Mighty Man & Woman of God, we as Christians (sons & daughters of the Most High God), as we go THROUGH the "Storms of Life", we DO NOT NEED a better UNDERSTANDING of the "Why are we Going Through", what we DO NEED is a FRESH vision of ABBA'S **MAJESTY (having or showing impressive beauty or dignity), because no matter WHAT or WHY we are "Going Through [ANY] STORM, we (as believers) MUST ALWAYS have in FRONT of our minds that God is "STILL" **SOVEREIGN (possessing supreme or ultimate power)......GOD IS STILL IN CONTROL! Amen?
The Bible says "From what had the appearance of His waist upward, I saw a lustre as it were glowing metal with the appearance of fire enclosed round about within it; and from the appearance of His waist downward, I saw as it were the appearance of fire, and there was brightness [of a halo] round about Him.
Like the appearance of the {rain}bow that is in the cloud on the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face and I heard a voice of One speaking". (Eze.1:27,28 Amp.)
