We the Gay, Bisexual, Lesbian, Transgendered, and Straight Students of Northern State University have decided to unite to create a GBLTS club on our campus. For far too long has our campus has been lacking cultural diversity and support. And we have put into action the changes necessary to cultivate acceptance among the students and staff of our school. We have been around since August 2006 and every year we see our little group growing in supporters and members.
Who I'd like to meet: We are interested in meeting People from the surrounding community and other like minded people from around the world.
The parade was awesome. I didn't get to march with the group, but everyone said it went really well and I could see the rainbow flags from where I was in the parade. Also I love our window with all the other cultures' ones at the Student Center...
Wish I was there to be a apart of this Historic moment!! Keep ur heads up no matter what. Represent in a positive light. Let people know were coming...Let me know how it went!!
Good luck on the parade!!! Hopefully your cold will be gone by then..lol..that sucks! As for me..just bored enjoying these last two days of rain and heavy thunder...good thing i mowed the lawn 2 days ago..lol keep in touch!!
