nsu is Ivan Vuković, Auckland based producer and live act, whose output seldom focuses on a particular sound. As is evident in the wide array of work already circulated around the web – from dub to progressive, dubstep and d’n’b to ambient, and breakbeat to techno or IDM – he’s no stranger to changing directions and his sound also carries the DNA of rock, reggae and even classical.
Recently, Ivan has started up his in-house label (newclear music) in order to independently release his own material in New Zealand and around the world. Out already is the debut single "Juice of Life / West Coast Dub" with Squeezer Project, and dropping in December '09 is the 5 track EP "Escape", nsu's first serious collection of music. Also on the cards are several collaboration, and much later, a debut album.
The biggest buzz to nsu is without a doubt performing the tunes live. After only a handful of gigs around New Zealand, Ivan is working on polishing up the live act and looks forward to take the show further.
Along with a duo of Auckland DJ’s, nsu also hosts a weekly radio show (Beat Dungeon Radio) on Auckland’s UP FM, where he spins and promotes music by his peers from all over New Zealand, be they world-conquerors, or bedroom start-ups.

I been meanin to get at ya but I been pretty busy movin into my new place and all, Im stoked I got a walk in closet Ima completely soundproof so I can finnally start knockin down all these tracks I been workin on. I seen the pics man, you definatly gotta post up the panic bells video when its done. Im amped up to hear that track mastered and all too, its been a grip! I did my first remix on that song poker face..I think it turned out decent, I been messin around w/ a few features on reason I didnt know how to use before, plus I gota new MIDI keyboard. hey i didn't know you were getting a grant, sounds cool!, will you make it without the grant?, i may try and finish my beats in the brain video, try a new concept or something,..but i'm busy at the momment mastering and mixing the great hoax ep,
oh yea what i meant about the pb remix was that live version you had you sent me, the live version had all sorts diffrent stuff mixed in, sounded pretty cool, if i could use it, it would be awesome!
