Everything started in september 2003 when Marie, with her guitar and the songs she composed for the past years, met Mickael, Denis, Anthony and Thomas. With the simple aim of having fun, they re-arranged Maries compositions by adding a bass, a flute, a keyboard, an accordion and a xylophone. The first songs of Nothing To Hide were born. The first concert took place in December 2003, with Jean-Charles at drums.
At the beginning of 2004, they started playing in pubs, small and medium concert halls of the region (about thirty concerts). Jean-Charles did not have then enough time to grant to the band and chose to leave it. He was replaced by Dimitri. Noticed at the Polysound springboard in March 2004, Nothing To Hide has accumulated meetings and experience. In August, the band recorded some titles in Dimitris garage to get an idea of what the songs would give in studio version. Then in November, the six friends decided to record their first album.
In February and March 2005, Nothing To Hide gave many concerts in bars and small rooms to promote their own-produced album. My Words finally came out on May . Distributed in a thousand copies, the album can be found in many sales points (pubs, Sonothèque and FNAC music stores, ) so as at NTH gigs. During the 2005s summer, Nothing To Hide took part in a collective among a cuban music band and a bagad (Brittanys music). That way, the CCRO (Celto Cuban Rock'n'roll Orchestra) has been created and has seduced several 2005 summer festivals. After having worked on new compositions, NTH decided to record a new demo. It includes 4 titles which offer a great vision of the band evolution since their first album.
Then, they could focused on new concerts in 2006. The first part of the ska group Les Caméléons in March, of pop singers Florent Pagny and Axel Bauer in May, of the rock band Merzhin and the hardcore band Freedom for King-Kong in July are so much good souvenirs. The participation in a creation mixing theatre and music during this summer was also a rich and fascinating experience.

Attention, les inscriptions sont à faire par mail, à cross.petanque@gmail.com, avant le dimanche 19 Octobre, midi pétanques! euh, pétantes. (prévoir 2€ par personne, pour payer les coupes et p'tet un pack ou 4)
Précisez par mail les noms et numéros de téléphone des compétiteurs, si vous voulez vous inscrire à plusieurs. Attention tout de même, comme toute compétition de cross-pétanque, les doublettes sont tirées au hasard juste avant le début de la compétition. (et c'est pour tout le monde pareil, même pour les champions du monde sortants). Donc vous serez pas forcément dans la même équipe que vos potes.
