What is a Nudist?
Nudists are people who enjoy being nude in appropriate settings. The motivation of a nudist should be pure and non-sexual. It is about simplicity, fun and true relaxation.
Who becomes a nudist?
Anybody who wants to. The only requirement is that you pursue it for the right reasons. People of all ages, males, females, couples, even entire families enjoy the freedom that nudism gives them.
Where do nudists go?
Some stay at home, those are called Home Nudists. Some enjoy hiking nude in the great outdoors, those are called Naturists. And some like meeting others at nude beaches and nudist resorts, those are called Social Nudists.
What do nudists do for fun?
Just about anything that can be done with clothes on can also be done without clothes. Most nudists seem to gravitate towards sunshine and water, so tanning and swimming are a given. Some play sports like volleyball or tennis, while others play pool or garden. Basically anything that can be done in clothing can also be done nude, with the exception of climbing Mount Everest.
Do nudists hate clothes?
No, nudists are normal people who like to have a sense of style just like everybody else. The majority of nudists don't live in a resort, so they work and live among non-nudists everyday. They simply exercise the option to shed their clothes completely and relax in their most basic state.
What do nudists look like?
Nudists come in all shapes and sizes, all ages and races. It is a common misconception that you have to be "perfect" to be able to try nudism. Some nudists are fat, some are skinny, some are short, some are tall, some are physically disabled, some could never get a tan, and others would never need one.
Aren't nudists just a bunch of old people?
Not necessarily. You may find that some resorts tend to attract older crowds, but that isn't the rule. Most places are family-oriented and have people of all ages including babies,kids, teens, young adults, parents and yes of course the wiser ones.
Are you sure they aren't perverts?
Some people make the mistake of lumping nudists together with a less than wholesome crowd. Exhibitionists are NOT nudists, they are motivated to show their skin for sexual reasons. Voyeurs are NOT nudists, they just want to see skin for sexual reasons. Swingers are NOT nudists, they are motivated by sexual conquest. Strippers are NOT nudists, they are making money selling their skin.
Why should I become a nudist?
Because the only thing more fun than spending a day in the sun and playing around in the pool is doing all that completely naked. You'll get that nice all over tan without having to fake n' bake. No wedgies, no worries. People are just more real, nobody is hiding behind their clothes. it's a great way to make friends. It's healthy for your self-confidence. It gives you a new perspective on how you see yourself and others.
