Who are Nuestros Derechos?
Hailing from Utrecht, the Netherlands, thrashers Nuestros Derechos (meaning "Our Rights" in Spanish) are firmly rooted with one foot in a tradition of (thrash) metal and an other in the hardcore/punk scene. They like to act according to DIY-principles when it comes to making and distributing music. Nuestros Derechos, consisting of two dudes and one dudette, deliver engaged and very energetic thrashcore which sounds like a crossover similar to the '80s when punk and metal first met.
Struggling with the Dark

All tracks were recorded at the Bunt Studios in Utrecht, The Netherlands under the guidance of well-known producer Menno Bakker (Born From Pain, Sin Dios, NRA, Seein' Red, Bambix, Malkovich, Razor Crusade, The Apers, Makiladoras, Human Alert, etc).
Mastering duties were handled by the critically acclaimed Alan Douches at West West Side Music, who previously offered his services to Sepultura, Shadows Fall, God Forbid, Sick Of It All, Converge, From Autumn To Ashes, Dillinger Escape Plan, Hatebreed, and Unearth among others.
Previous release
Nuestros Derechos' previous recording, the split CD entitled "Split 'Em All", was the result of the band teaming up with fellow thrashers De Waonzin (RIP). Containing 23 minutes of of pure fuckin thrash metalcore out of the slimy depths and ruins of Utrecht rock city, this split release breathed the old-school feeling of the '80s all over, including the artwork and the album title, a reference to Metallica's classic 1983 album "Kill 'Em All". Strictly limited to 500 issues worldwide, you better order your copy of "Split 'Em All" at drummerszone.com right away because less than 10 copies are left at this moment!
Nuestros Derechos live
Nuestros Derechos' frequent and energetic live performance have brought the band all over the country and abroad, including festivals like From Beyond Metal Fest, Plankgas Punk Festival, Utreg Punk Festival, Occultfest and Trashfest, A Very Heavy X-Mosh festival, Bastille Metal Fest and Massive Strings.
