SOMOS se formo en el año 2003 conformada por los actuales integrantes. En sus principios sus influencias se veían reflejadas en bandas hard rockeras mas que nada, interpretando covers de bandas como Stone Temple Pilots, Audioslave, Aerosmith, etc.
Sus primeros recitales con esta formación incluían temas propios y covers cantados en ingles, pero esto cambio a medida que fueron componiendo temas nuevos, a mediados del 2003 graban su primer demo en ingles con 4 temas, el cual sirvió para mostrar un poco su material.
Aproximadamente a principios del 2004 Pablo Samonta (guitarra) deja el grupo para irse a Estados Unidos, ahí es donde Javier Tesón (hermano del guitarrista Dino Tesón) forma parte del grupo reemplazando a Pablo. La banda empieza a componer temas para su primer CD que es editado a fines del 05 y sale a tocar por distintos lugares de Bs.As.
En el año 2006 Pablo Samonta regresa a la banda tras su vuelta a Argentina y se empiezan a componer temas para el segundo CD que actualmente esta siendo grabado, en el cual la banda se ve más comprometida en la composición y en las letras, también incluyendo arreglos de teclado.
En el 2007 SOMOS participa de varios festivales en vivo y lleva su música a diferentes radios locales mostrando temas de su primer CD, y es así como llegan a filmar su primer video del tema “Lobo”. La banda cierra el año en un recital al aire libre llamado, “Rock in rio (de la plata)”, con un sonido prolijo y gran convocatoria, así es como SOMOS se instala en el estudio de grabación propio y empieza a grabar su próximo material bajo el nombre “entre tu cielo y mi infierno”. Luego de una larga búsqueda de tecladistas, se une Pablo Sangiorgio quien fue reemplazado por otro sesionista, por cuestiones profesionales. Actualmente este puesto lo ocupa un viejo amigo de la banda, Dario Teubal. Somos se encuetra preparando una gira por la costa Argentina durante el mes de Enero del 2010. Luego entrará a estudio para grabar su tercer disco, el cual actualmente se esta componiendo. SOMOS

Pleased to present the first music video for one of the songs, that being for the song "Eel Marsh House", which is based on the movie "The Woman In Black". Wasn't sure to name it that instead of 'Eel Marsh..." ...Eel Marsh House being where the woman in black 'lived', and now haunts it. Though, she seems to haunt the general area of the village as well as the House. If anyone catches her gaze, looks into her eyes....a child will die, usually from the family of the person unfortunate to look at her. As you see what happens to the story's main character at the end.
