.. Ice Records( Now NU Look Records) was officially founded in late 2003, but has been the brainchild of founder John Spalding since 2001. After taking steps to thoroughly research the music business for a few years, John prepared to officially launch his record label. With hardworking business men such as Sean "P. Diddy" Combs to look to for inspiration, he prepared to pour the foundation for Ice Records. His top priority was finding a producer. He wasn't so much looking for notoriety, as he was quality. John Spalding became partners with Dave Snyder. Dave's diverse production production and creative abilities extend deeply to the very root of Ice Records( Now NU Look Records). Not only does his work speak for itself, but other notable artists have been speaking about Dave's level of performance. His credits include work on some of music's most elite artists including but not limited to: Missy Elliot, Alicia Keys, DMX, and Praz; etc. After Dave secured the reigns as a partner and co-founder of Ice Records( Now NU Look Records), John felt comfortable in moving forward with the artist and repertoire process.
