We have an extravagent array of influences. As far as lyrices (the message)... we would be considered close to Bjork, Paul McCartney, and/or Evanescence. Our beatiful, thought-provoking lyrics were forged on a wave of love and compassion. Many lyrical influences render up this melting pot of cultural diversity and biblical analysis. From songs like Cannibal...to L12 Ogre...we have dipped deep into our souls to create and replicate all that is beautiful in this world of sheer bliss. We hope that our lyrical content will take you on a ride to a place you've never been before...and we hope that it can take you there time and time again. Listen!
As far as musically...we use only the crispest, mellowest, pristine guitar sounds that we can find. No extras in our guitar set-ups. We strictly play Paul Reed Smiths into Fender Double Luxes. The lightest guage strings possible tuned upward 2 1/2 steps is what allows us to compliment our choir-like chants. The drums are strictly played with brushes so that you never hear a loud snap or crash. That is....when we use drums. Many of our songs are acoustic masterpieces. We would not want to add drums to these songs for fear it may tarnish the exquisite simplicity that has come to be nuns on fire. Word-Life people.....Word-Life
Sounds Like
Listening to us is like having sex with your grandma... it's gross, but it makes you feel good so FUCK IT! And if you didn't get a good laugh out of what I just said...then you will not like us. I can assure you that our songs are more disgusting than that. Yeah...we get hate mail. But it is still mail...which means they were paying attention. But seriousy I really don't know what we sound like.....we sound like nunsonfire...I know thats a lame explanation...so if you come to a show and tell us what we sound like...I will put it in this box...probably with a smartass comment after it. We have been compared to the following....
(1) dying fetus vocals (i swear to you this kid just wanted a piece of man ass and needed something to talk about)
I need some more comparisons to make fun of...KEEP 'EM COMING
