Some Manchester bands have had an amazing 2007. Check them out on the guestlist blog. Keep checking back for our list of the bands we think will be huge in 2008.
Herve and Sinden on way too early - but quality, i had cheap thrills (in my head and literally) for days after! i loved erol, and annie - me and my sis were saying the joy of her set was the lack of prolonged white noise and indulgent boring bits so that people go mental when anything vaguely resembling a beat kicks in...no messing around for her. bit disappointed with kissy but givin him another go on sat in notts (after justice..arrghhhhh!). wireless, good god. nye i'm in barcelona, tho would have loved whp on the 1st - smd and sebAs, yes boss. but think we're going to razmatazz - meant to be good they say... what's your next big night then?

Indie-funk five piece The Foals, who make an irresistible blend of electronic-pop, dirty disco and pulsating indie-tech. Punked up, funked out and most definitely music to get down and boogie to. '…one of the hottest new bands in indie - they deserve your immediate and total adulation.' - NME
