Based on your goals, we set you up and guide you through a program to achieve the results you want to help you look and feel your absolute best. With a PRIVATE setting, shower facilities, and a flat screen tv for cardio... we offer everything you would want from an exercise facility! Our trainer has a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, along with multiple certifications, is a former college athlete and current physique competitor. Having worked with both young and old, plus all "makes and models" we can help you get the results you want.
We offer small group classes for Weight Loss, Muscle Gain, and Speed & Agility.
Many of our clients are already members of other gyms. They still come to us to design their workouts, make sure they are doing exercises correctly, and for a change in their routine because we offer the best, most customized training program anywhere!!!
