Northwest Brew Tours was originally created to give a listing of the Microbreweries and Brewpubs in the Pacific Northwest. There were a few sites out there that already did this but they didn't seem to have what I was looking for. I wanted a place where someone could go and lookup a location and get their address, phone number, Website URL and maybe some addition information. I also thought it would be nice to see other people's thoughts and comments about that particular place. Another thing I was looking for was a Brewpub Locator. Something where I could type in my physical address and see all the Breweries/Brewpubs near me. Thanks to the Google API and quite a few hours of data collection I was able to create that website. My over all hope is to have this site function as a virtual tour of Oregon and Washington's Microbreweries and brewpubs.
