Congrads to the H- Town Texas Cyclones for winning the championship.. Man I wish I could play, maybe some day.. Let me know if there is any games around th tampa bay florida area.. I would really love to see a game, maybe even meet some of the players.. Best wishes to all the teams next year..

Want another football player??
Well here you are.
I have been playing football for my school for 5 years. I no what it takes to play with the big boys.
I no the skill, effort, determination, respect, and love required to play.
I am going into my senior year of high school. I do not planned on getting scouted b/c i am a linemen who lacks the necessary testosterone to lift weights at the same level of the guys. I do lift weights and exercise daily. I love to play defense it is quite a rush. I live in Hardy co. WV and plan on attending WVU next fall with a scholarship in track.
I wish to continue my football career b/c i love football and nothing compares to the first day of hitting practice and hearing the first pads crack under pressure.

For the ladies in Memphis that may be interested in playing some football:

The Memphis Belles are now holding open tryouts for the 2008 season. We are looking for athletic women age 18 and up. No prior football experience required.

Participants need a valid ID, proof of health insurance, and $35 for the registration fee, and should bring comfortable clothes, cleats (if you have them), water, and a great attitude.

PLEASE NOTE: The tryout location is sceduled Shelby Farms in the area next to the visitors center. Please be sure to call ahead for any date, time, and venue locations. The camp starts at 1pm, please arrive early to register.

Phone 901-216-7571 and ask for Paula to reserve your spot or if you have any questions. You can also email the Memphis Belles at bellesfootball@hotmail.com.

Ladies, you get out there and kick some major booty!!! Its about time for women to have thier own tackle football team!! Whatever boys can do...girls can do much better!!!! I'm originally from Modeso, Calif. but now live in Homer, Alaska. It would be great to see a team come to the Anchorage area. They have a lot of highschool football team, there, but we don't have anything professional yet! You ladies could to use a pun, break the ice..LOL, and be the first up here to start a team!!! Our young ladies up here are in deep need of professional woman to pave the way for them and be new hero's that they can follow in the foot tracks of.
