CPW held the first ever Northwest multi-federation invitational Battle Royal on 2-10-07 at the Rock and Roll Pizza in Portland, OR. Wrestlers from all the Northwest federations were invited to participate. All in all, five different organizations were represented at the event. There were other matches on the card, but the crowd really went wild for the Battle Royal. Following is the order of elimination:
Reverend
Gringo
Big Viscious
Widowmaker
Governor Wilson Caine
Steve Rush
Jimmy Flame
Dash Venture
Tommy Celcious
Tod Ruhl
Quiz
Draven
Tex Thompson
The Outlaw
Cedric
Kliever
Colossus
Little Nasty Boy
The winner was to be awarded a trophy. Colossus would have been the last man in the ring and therefore the winner, but Little Nasty cheated to win by having a couple of his lackey's pull Colossus out over the top rope against his will. The promoter Kevin Brandt then got on the mic and told Little Nasty that he would not be receiving the award. The crowd was certainly satisfied with this decision, yelling insults at Little Nasty as he stomped off from the ring.

MAIN EVENT
REMATCH:
NRW PACIFIC COAST CHAMPIONSHIP
AARON BOLO (C)
vs
RITCHIE MAGNETT
2 out of 3 falls match.
-On February 2nd Bolo and Magnett faced each other with the title on the line. At one point during the match Magnett hit a back suplex and the referee counted to 3. Bolo got his shoulder up just before the 3 count and the ref did notice it, however the shoulder coming up was too close to the 3 count and he waived off the call immediatley. The timekeeper rang the bell and Magnett thought he'd captured the NRW Pacific Coast Championship. Bolo capitalized on the mistake and rolled Ritchie up for a 3 count. These two men have traded numerous victories in the past when the title wasn't on the line, that coupled with the controversy over Friday's match has convinced the NRW office that Magnett deserves a rematch and it will be contested in a best two out of three falls bout.
*NRW Oregon State Tag Team Championship Tournament
First Round Match
Skag Rollins & Caden Mathews
vs
Cameron Star & Nate The Great.
-when this tournament began, Star was partnered with his Pacific Coast Blondes tag team partner Hearthrob Erik Hanson. However in January when the two were to face Quiz and Mike Santiago, Cameron was unable to appear, so their manager Nate put Cedric The Hitman in his place, and the team of Hanson and Cedric advanced to the finals. Since Cedric was to team with Nate The Great in the tournament, Star took Cedrics place foming this team with NTG. Last Friday night NRW sanctioned a Preview match between Cameron Star and Skag Rollins. Rollins slapped the claw on Cameron and Nate The Great came into the ring to attack Skag, who used his other hand to claw NTG. The Great went low with a stiff kick to the groin, and then he and Cameron double DDT'd Skag, and beat him out of the ring. This Friday night, with Caden Mathews back from Ohio Valley Wrestling, he and Rollins will team for the first time ever to take on Nate and Cameron Star in the final 1st Round Match before the "TRI FOR THE GOLD" 3 Way tournament Final.
Also on the card
The Freak vs Mike Santiago
-last Friday night love was in the air as Freak took an obvious liking, and licking, to Katrina Royale. With Valentines day right around the corner can he focus on this match up with the very talented and intense Mike Santiago?
Hearthrob Erik Hanson vs Thrash Kincaid
-two men who have made a name for themselves in the Pacific Northwest since the birth of NRW will face off in what should prove to be a true battle. Hanson will be one week away from a guaranteed spot in the Tri For The Gold tag team championship final, while Kincaid is always hungry for a victory that will propel him back into Pacific Coast Championship contention.
Dash Venture vs Quiz
-Venture is a key player in the new and more sadistic SINDICATE that has been unleashed on NRW. With the surprise addition of Diafullah Dobashi, the Sindicate seems more unstoppable than ever before. Meanwhile since defeating long time rival Nate The Great, Quiz has been on a winning streak in NRW and came very close to becoming Bolo's #1 contender. Quiz will not only have to deal with the much larger Dash Venture, but also the maniacal leader of the Sindicate Derek Drexl.
Also Remember that on February 16th The NRW Oregon State Tag Team Championship will be awarded to the winners of the tournament. The Finals takes place on that evening in a 3 way "Tri For the Gold" match.
Already in the finals
Erik Hanson & Cedric The Hitman
The Sindicate (Dash Venture/Diafullah Dobashi)
and
the winner of the Rollins/Mathews-Nate-Star match on 2-09

NRW was back at the Recreation Center in Gresham Oregon on Friday Night January 26th.
Here are the results of an event many in attendance deemed on of the most action packed cards in NRW history:
Opening match saw Hearthrob Erik Hanson defeat Christopher Payne. Payne has bulked up since his last match in NRW and looked more impressive then we've seen him.
Next up, Hansons' partner Cameron Star was in singles action, as he took on Thrash Kincaid. With the crowd strongly behind Kincaid he was victoious, only to be jumped by The entire Great Empire of Nate The Great, Hanson, Star and Katrina Royale. Chris Payne returned with a chair to clean house. Next week Thrash n Payne will compete in the Oregon State Tag Title Tournament against The Sindicate team which is comprised of Dash Venture and a partner to be named that night.
Speaking of the Sindicate Dash Venture along with Derek Drexl came to the ring for the 3rd match. NRW was introduced to a much different Derek Drexl than we have seen before. A post event interview done with Derek Drexl will be online this weekend so you can see for yourself. Venture was set to take on Breakneck, however 'neck didn't make the event so he was replaced by his "cousin" Brokejaw. Venture destroyed and defeated Brokejaw in less than 2 minutes.
Ritchie Magnett continues his streak in NRW. He defeated Mike Santiago in an action packed match.
Skag Rollins defeated The Freak, forcing the Freak to tap to the Clawhold.
And finally, after 2 + months Quiz got his one on one match against Nate The Great. Early on the referee threw Erik Hanson and Cameron Star out of the ringside area. Quiz and Nate battled a long grueling match, which saw a lot of high flying and fast paced action. In the end Nate set Quiz up for a superplex, however Quiz turned it in mid air and landed on top of Quiz for the 3 count!
Afterwards was the Battle Royal for the #1 contendership for the NRW Pacific Coast Championship. All the wrestlers from the event (with the exception of Nate The Great) returned for this match, and it came down to 3 men. Quiz, Ritchie Magnett and Cameron Star. After Magnett and Star doubleteamed Quiz, Quiz was able to keep Magnett at bay long enough to send Star flying over the top rope. Quiz was almost as excited as the fans who by this point were on their feet chanting for Quiz when he charged Magnett, Ritchie saw his opening and dumped Quiz over the top to win his shot against Bolo for the title. The evening ended with the fans chanting "BOLO" at Magnett. ( a post event interview with Ritchie Magnett will also be up this weekend.)
This Friday Night (February 2, 2007)
Aaron Bolo will defend the NRW Championship for the first time against Ritchie Magnett
and
The Sindicate (Dash Venture and ????) battle Thrash Kincaid and Christopher Payne.

NRW Pacific Coast Championship
LUMBERJACK MATCH
********************
MR WRESTLING MATT FARMER
vs
AARON BOLO
-As Pacific Coast Champion, Farmer has been untouchable for months defeating the likes of Caden Mathews, Critter, Thrash Kincaid, Quiz and everyone else NRW has thrown in front of him. Farmer has taken the title up to AWA: Washington (Pinnacle) as well as down to Hawaii for the HWA. One man who has proven to be a strong challenger to Farmer has been the young upstart Aaron Bolo. Bolo seemingly had Farmer defeated on December 8th when Ritchie Magnett interfered on Farmers behalf. On December 29th Matt Farmer was counted out of the ring during their rematch. Bolo has been granted a third match however Farmer demanded that this be Bolo's final challenge for the title. NRW Commissioner The Grappler responded by making this a Lumberjack Match, to insure that what happened last time will not happen again!
FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE
*********************
J-SIN SULLIVAN

"This has been one of the most violent feuds in the Northwest in years, and it's gotta come to an end," were the words used by NRW commissioner The Grappler when he made this match. After tonights falls count anywhere match the NRW will NOT sanction a return match for a minimum of 90 days!! The Falls Count Anywhere stipulation will give these two men a freedom that had been taken away from them on 12-29-06 when they met in an extremely bloody Dog Collar Death Match. Tonight there are zero boundries as this match can take place in the ring, on the floor, in the dressing room, in the front lobby, out in the parking lot or even out on Stark Street because pinfalls will be allowed anywhere within the city limits of Gresham, Oregon!!
