I am most grateful for the artist ,who find time to PRIVATELY tell me I have helped them and They get My Page
I believe in My Page and so do most of the other 1000+ artist on my friends list
Every once and awhile , I may put out a FRIEND REQUEST but in general ,I do not "chase" others or try to push my page or my ideas onto other people
Most of My Artist Friends have sent me the FRIEND REQUEST and I am truly honored for that

I own a business outside of myspace ,that keeps me finacially secure and comfortable

Some background on my page:

I was going to a Taylor Hicks Concert at the Civic Center

I met him and He personally signed an autograph for my daughter

I wanted to thank him so I found his myspace page

(I kept hearing about this myspace thing but was under the impression it was just full of perverts so I was reluctant to make a page)

Well, needless to say , I found MUSIC !

In my sheltered little world , I could tell you big names off the Country station ,but had no idea how much talent was out there

Well,suddenly , I was MEETING AND SPENDING TIME OUTSIDE CONCERTS WITH Rodney Atkins, Sara Evans , Luke Bryan ,Bucky Covington ,Rocky Covington, Dierks Bentley, Eric Church, Bobby Kendall, Jake Owen , Jason Micheal Carroll , Jimmy Wayne , Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Faith Hill , Keith Anderson, Rascal Flatts , Taylor Swift , Josh Turner( and I have the pictures posted in my albums as proof)
Well,I may like to wear clothes that may or may not flatter my figure,but I was not looking to trade gross emails with strange men in cyberspace
It took some time and some creative thinking
Shortly , I removed what appeared to be a "cheesy personal ad" format from my page and decided to replace it with my true love, Country Music and as well as help Indie artist of all genres
If I can help 1 artist by simply showing their music to new fans ,that is enough for me
I do carry myself in a professional manner
as well as help Indie artist of all genres
My page has over 32,000 unique views
Not bad for a Not-so-famous person
I can tell all my friends about your music
I am friendly with 3-4 Local DJ's and may or may not be able to get you airplay on the radio,in an area your music might not be played otherwise
I have some contacts with Famous People,some I am proud to call "friends"
You can use my page as a "stepping Stone" to get where You want to go..but chances are you won't get there just by being on my page
You might have some fun and You will grab new fans

But if you are looking for real professional promotion,usually which cost tons of money , There are plenty of other good sites for you to find that
Everything I do on here , I do for free
I WANT you to USE me to get your music out there
But I will not allow you to abuse my kindness,not ever
My page is like a bridge ,I do not pretend to be The Other Side
I will treat you like I want to be treated
If I dig your music , I will bend over backwards to help you
I won't say "It's all free" and suddenly,one day,say "Ok,now pay me"
Thats not who I am and I will never pretend to be anything other than a FAN who decided to use my pent up energy to do kind things for other people
