#1 - Madrid, SPAIN (Sol neighborhood)
You couldn’t ask for a more central location than this beautiful apartment, located just one block away from both Sol and Gran Via. Spacious (75 sq. meters) and extremely bright, with windows on both sides, three skylights and large glass doors that lead to a pretty terrace - perfect for a romantic meal, relaxing and watching the life of the city unfold in the plaza and streets below. The walk up to this 5th floor pad will reward you with great views of the city in every direction. The most emblematic buildings of Madrid are just steps away, and a short walk will take you to all of the sights (Plaza Mayor, Plaza de Espana, Cibeles, El Prado, el Retiro, el Rastro, etc). The best shopping areas are a few blocks away (Chueca, Gran Via, Malasana), as well as the trendiest restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The apartment is well communicated, with a handful of subway stops close by (Gran Via, Sol, Callao).
Located in an historic building that is immaculately maintained, the apartment itself has been recently renovated in keeping with its original charm. Though it is literally in the very center of the city, you will find that the apartment is a quiet retreat, as it is on the top floor of the building, there is only one apartment per floor, and the surrounding streets are limited to pedestrian traffic (taxis allowed). Hand-cut wooden beams give the apartment unique character. It is comfortably furnished, with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a full size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped (range, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, plates, etc.). You will also have the benefit of cable television and wireless internet access, and the luxury of a gas grill on the terrace. Linens and towels are provided. Private culinary lessons / personal chef services in a wide range of Spanish cuisines from a renowned chef are available at a special rate for guests.
When inquiring, please mention your dates and how many people. Minimum stay of 3 nights; 89 euros/night, 575 euros/week, longer stays negotiable. During the winter holidays and Semana Santa higher prices apply: 99 euros/night, 650 euros/week. An additional 8 euro/day charge applies during the summer months for air conditioning.
Located in the heart of Madrid, in the trendy Malasana neighborhood, this sunny studio apartment provides the perfect location to explore Madrid. It is just a few minutes walk from all major sights of the city; including Sol, Plaza Mayor, Chueca, Palacio Real, Gran Via, el Prado, Plaza de Espana. The apartment is well communicated with several metro stops close by (Noviciado, Tribunal, San Bernardo and Bilbao). Tons of fashionable shops and the best restaurants and bars are just steps away. Supermarkets and fruit and vegetable stands abound in the neighborhood.
The apartment has just been renovated!!! The kitchen and appliances are all new. New floors and a spanking new paint job! Spacious (42 sq. meters) and quiet, it is fully furnished and equipped; with a queen size bed and a full size sofa bed (linens and towels provided). Tons of sunlight streams through a full wall of windows. Wood floors throughout, except the ample, modern bathroom which is marble and comes with a full bathtub and shower. The fully-stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, range, oven, pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. T.V., DVD player and stereo provided, internet connection is available upon request. Central heat and air conditioning (an extra charge applies for AC).

This spacious 1 bedroom apartment is fully-equipped with everything you'll need for a stay in New York City. Located in the beautiful, historic area of Brooklyn, Flatbush-Ditmas Park - known for its free-standing elegant Victorian homes built in the early 1900’s. At just two blocks from the Church Avenue stop of the Q and B trains, this apartment is a quick, direct ride by train from Manhattan, is near all the highlights of Brooklyn (Botanical Garden, Brooklyn Museum, Park Slope, Coney Island, etc.) and just a short walk from Prospect Park (5 min.). Supermarkets, stores, etc. are all steps away.
Comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofabed in the living room. Hardwood floors throughout, laundry room in the building, elevator. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, oven, range, microwave, toaster oven, blender, pots and pans, etc. Cable TV, DVD player and high-speed wireless internet.
