OBVIOUSLY FIVE BELIEVERS enjoy referring to themselves in the third person. They find it pretentious and though they are not a pretentious band they like to appear as if they are. They have had mild success promoting themselves in the first and second person and have turned to the thirds as a last resort. Obviously Five Believers like to compare themselves rhythmically and stylistically to bands that are popular at the moment but have grudgingly allowed others to heap Black Mountain and Brain Jones era Stones comparisons upon them.

Obviously Five Believers. The result of 5 Friends spending way too much time together. Playing music because they had to; out of boredom, love of music and a desire to create. Motown bass, retro keys and a combination of male female vocals reminiscent of John and June or even Ike and Tina, the believers bring together 5 sets of influences to create one band.
Psychedelic Pop with alt-country tendencies as played by Leah-Martini, Dave, Paul, James, Morgan, collectively known as Obviously Five Believers.
