BIOGRAPHY:
Junior
Swaby
is a talented, 22-year-old; creative urban soul singer from North
London. He is
celebrating the up coming
release of a CD and video single “College Girl”.
This is the first release from
his sensational mix tape CD, “My
Inspiration” released
on his own Home
Productions label.
Junior
was
born in Enfield, North
London his
accomplished repertoire covers RnB slow jams and gospel. From
the age of 8 year old, Junior realised that he had a huge passion for
music. At
the age of 13, he began to write, produce, sing and compose his own
songs. By
the time he was 17 years old, he had done several live performances at
many UK talent
shows, festivals and entered and
won several singing competitions.
Junior
was
able to pass on his experience within the organization (NOC) Networking Our Community,
where he formed R.J
studio workshops at Homerton College of Technology in East
London. The programme
targets
young independent artists.
Junior taught his peers about the music industry structure, composing
using
live instruments and using professional music programmes. With
his teaching experience on one side,
Junior developed a unique style to project to the UK urban
scene.
After
finishing a BTEC National Diploma in
music at college in 2004, with the help from his father, Junior has
built his
own studio. He has produced and recorded his own songs and composed
several RnB
tracks, he has finally finished his first mix tape album called ‘MY INSPIRATION'.
This is full of RnB
and Slow Jams and soulful rap tunes.
Junior,
who
now calls himself ONEOAK
(One Of A Kind)
has amassed a large fan base
with added support
from his family and friends, his tracks now been played on radio
stations
‘Bless FM, Klymaxx and DeJa Vous (DJ Frisky) it looks like a
bright future
ahead for ONE
OF A KIND.
