You Need Some The Oath / Party Of Four Merchandise!
The most often asked question we hear is, "Why do you have two names"? Well, we started out as The Oath in 1985. We were a Rock / Metal style band back then. Although, we still played many diverse styles of music. Our name and reputation grew, and we had a very large following playing as The Oath. However, we have always enjoyed playing different styles of music...Top 40, Dance, Soul, ect. But the rock clubs wanted ROCK (can you blame them?)...and they also wanted The Oath. Fair enough, we thought. We'll play Rock under the name The Oath, and we will also be a Dance oriented band and play Dance clubs, under the name Party Of Four. Why pigeon hole ourselves? We play MUSIC...and we enjoy playing all styles and forms of music. So, we are THE OATH for the heavier rock clubs, and we are PARTY OF FOUR when we play dance oriented clubs...and together...WE FIGHT CRIME! (Nah, just kidding about that.)
